Millworkers Reunited

As part of the Homecoming Scotland 2009 programme New Lanark World Heritage Site is hosting a Millworkers Reunited event to welcome all from near and far to come and celebrate the contribution of millworkers from the recent and distant pasts.

On the 17-18 October, head along to New Lanark World Heritage site to celebrate the work of millworkers from the recent and distant pasts. Discover details of ancestral links to the mills, research your family history, visit the photographic exhibition of New Lanark Millworkers and our costumed guides will take you on a tour of this historic mill village, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. New Lanark Visitor Centre is pleased to host this event as part of Homecoming Scotland 2009 programme.
